Perfect weather and an energetic crew made for a great Rotary Drive-through BBQ.  Tri-tips were grilled, the bread toasted and everyone who purchased the 80 or so  meals drove off with a smile and a wave!

The BBQ Crew was headed by Pete Zotovich who did an outstanding job coordinating the event.  Dan Costley handled the event's logistics, making sure that we had plenty of meat and bread on hand.  Peter Starling was our operations guy, keeping the BBQ filled with perfectly cooked tri-tips and bread.  We couldn't have pulled this off without the help of many of our Club's members, including: Mike Pond, Bob Salamacha, Doug Riddell, Mary Lazier, John Solu, Nancy Ford and Jeff Jones.  Thanks to the Morro Bay Police Volunteers who provided traffic control and check-in for the event.  Also,  big thanks to Jude Long for coordination of our marketing and promotions and to Tim Olivas for setting up the GivSum account.

Our community supporters included: Carla Wixom who provided her restaurant, Carla's Country Kitchen, which was a great facility for a drive-through BBQ.  Dean Sullivan owner of Estero Bay News donated large ad space in two editions, Tom Hay, owner of Hay Printing, donated printing support, and John Spencer (Spencer's Market) provided wonderful tri-tip and Brian's Bread at great prices.
