Rotary Club of Morro Bay
Dear Fellow Rotarians,
Congratulations to all of you as you celebrate your club's 60th anniversary.
Sixty years ago, your club's charter members felt that Rotary's ideal of
service to the community was worthy and credible, and for this reason they
laid the foundation for a Rotary club in Morro Bay.

Dear Fellow Rotarians,
Congratulations to all of you as you celebrate your club's 60th anniversary.
Sixty years ago, your club's charter members felt that Rotary's ideal of
service to the community was worthy and credible, and for this reason they
laid the foundation for a Rotary club in Morro Bay.
Today, your club continues to bring new ideas and fresh enthusiasm to a
tradition of service that has spanned generations. This year, as you reflect on
past accomplishments, I ask you to continue to lead Rotary into the next
century of service. Continue to focus on projects that provide clean water,
improve health and eliminate hunger, and advance literacy in clubs and
districts around the world.
I would be remiss if I did not offer special congratulations as you gather to
celebrate not only 60 years of Rotary service, but also the club's cumulative
contribution to The Rotary Foundation reaching US$250,000.
As you celebrate these important milestones in your club's history, remember
the responsibility for Rotary is yours. Take pride each day in the decisions
you make and the actions you take, because these choices are determining the
course of Rotary for us all. I can think of no place better to entrust the
strength of this organization than to the members who have built it. Truly,
The Future of Rotary is in Your Hands.
