NEW MEMBER INDUCTION
We were privileged to induct two new members today:
Janne Reddell, wife of the late Dan Reddell. While Janne is a new official member, we all feel like she has been member for some time. She is very involved with the ALS effort and is looking forward to being a member. Janne’s sponsor is Doug Riddel.
Galen Griswold has been involved with a number of programs/projects in Morro Bay, including active with the Harbor Festival. He hails from the valley where he worked in the Methodist ministry and did community organizing. He also worked with Kaiser Permanente in business development and R & L Insurance. Galen’s sponsor is John Weiss.

CLUB BUSINESS AND ANNOUNCEMENTS
John Weiss reminded us that Rotary Club of Morro Bay is turning 65 and we are having a party on Thursday, April 16th at the Golf Course, as a result of the party, April 21st we will be dark.
Jamie reminded us about the Golf Tournament scheduled for May 8th.
A sign-up sheet for the Car Show was passed around, the event is April 30th – May 3rd and benefits the Rotary Club.
Seneca Jacobson got rid of her red badge today!
Jamie Boucher was awarded a plaque for being a top money raiser for the ALS Walk – WAY TO GO!

PROGRAM
The program today was the first and second place winners of the 4-Way test. Amber Cummings and Jade Benson were 1st and 2nd for Del Mar Elementary and Callum Graham and Lindsay Linker represented LOMS. All the students did a wonderful job getting in front of a BIG SCARY group of adults and read there essays. Each winner received a plaque and a check!
